The exceptional abilities of our engineers have been honed from the research, design, development, fabrication, testing, and validation technologies associated with the Solid Rocket Booster (SRB) Thrust Vector Control (TVC) ground and flight fuel, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
USA has the complete capacity and skill set to design, build, install, and operate hazardous fuel and hydraulic systems, their respective test and control systems, and the associated necessary precision cleaning equipment. Current systems are stand-alone computer controlled test benches that retrieve and record data. Our capabilities, which include the detail design of component assembly, tube and hose fabrications, precision cleaning specifications, final assembly drawings, and integrated testing procedures, were largely responsible for all facets of the successful and reliable TVC system during the Space Shuttle Program.
