Dennis K. Diemoz
Vice President and General Counsel
Dennis K. Diemoz is Vice President and General Counsel for United Space Alliance, LLC, and is responsible for legal, internal audit, security, technology protection and export compliance activities.
Diemoz joined USA at its inception after serving as the company counsel and corporate secretary for Lockheed Martin Space Operations (LMSO) in Titusville, Florida, a position he assumed in 1989. In this capacity, he provided legal services to LMSO executive management on all aspects of the company’s operations with two NASA centers and multiple Air Force facilities.
His career with Lockheed began when he joined Lockheed Aircraft Service (LAS) Company as an attorney in 1974. He soon transferred to Lockheed Aircraft International A.G. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and served as counsel for the Middle East. He progressed through a series of legal positions, including Associate Counsel for LAS, prior to becoming Director of Contracts and Pricing. In 1983, Diemoz transferred to Lockheed Martin Space Operations as the Director of Contracts and Major Subcontract Administration.
Diemoz holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University at Long Beach, California; a certificate from the Peter Drucker Advanced Management Program at Claremont Graduate University, Claremont, California; and a law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is admitted to the California and Florida State Bar associations, and is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, Texas General Counsel Forum and the General Counsel Roundtable.
