




Brian K. Breen
Program Manager, International Space Station
Brian K. Breen is program manager for the International Space Station (ISS) Program at United Space Alliance, a position he has held since October 2006. In this role he is responsible for coordinating all ISS-related work performed by USA and reports to USA’s Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Breen served four years as USA’s Associate Program Manager for ISS.
Breen began his career as an independent contractor supplying data and computer services to the oil and gas industry. In 1990, he entered the NASA contractor community with Unisys.
Having served in a variety of increasingly responsible integration and management positions with Unisys from 1990 through 1996, Breen migrated into USA as ISS Integration Manager and was soon appointed Deputy Program Manager for the International Space Station Program Office.
Breen has been the recipient of recognitions such as the NASA Manned Flight Awareness Group Award, Rockwell International Chairmen’s Team Award, Unisys Achievement Award for Excellence, various group awards and the NASA Silver Snoopy Award from the Office of the Astronauts for personal achievement.
Breen graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s of Science in computer information systems. He is married to the former Lisa Juch and currently reside in El Lago, Texas, with their three sons.
