Our Standards of Business Conduct governs our values into our daily activities, ensuring integrity in all business operations. Our Ethics Office provides a confidential, third-party outlet for employees and customers to raise questions and/or concerns without fear of retribution, and ensures all individuals are treated with dignity and respect.
Recognized Best Practices
In a survey of rated government contractor ethics programs, the Ethisphere Institute ranked United Space Alliance 12th out of 100 companies for Best Overall Ethics Program. It also named USA as one of the top three Best Ethics Programs among private companies. Our Internal Control System was also recognized for its effective prevention and detection measures, risk assessment, auditing mechanisms and clarity of disciplinary policy communications.
